THOROUGH INITIAL ASSESSMENT & GOAL SETTING SESSION
First things first, we discuss where you're currently at, how you're feeling, and most importantly, what you want to achieve before your wedding. I'm not talking about that typical surface level BS either, let's think beyond just losing a bit of weight. What do you really want to achieve and what will this mean for you? How do you really want to feel on the day? What dress are you wanting to wear? What level of energy and confidence do you want to show up with? What about after the wedding? Once we get clear on what you really want to achieve and where our starting point is, together we make a plan, we create some milestones and we get to work to make this a reality for you.
PROVEN EXERCISE TRAINING PROGRAM

These coaching calls are also a great chance to answer any questions you have week to week, to share my knowledge with you and help educate you, and to ensure you are on track and smashing the milestones we set out at the start of the program.
INDIVIDUAL SUPPLEMENTATION PLAN
Supplement recommendations are very personalised as no two individuals are the same. Based on my initial consultation and health screening we look at where supplements can be used to help you maximise results and eliminate any deficiencies. Supplements are not a silver bullet, we simply assess the need for them and supplement around your diet and training. We also look at ways to minimise stress levels, help improve skin health and assess where we can use quality supplementation to support your nutrition so you look and feel your best on your wedding day.
